Pokémon Go Night: Spring Hunt

Join Zollinger Library for Pokémon Go Night beginning at 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 16. Spring is in the air, and Pokémon are ready to be caught. Enjoy snacks, catch Pokémon, have a chance to make friends, and even trade with others. Afterward, join us for a walk around campus and raid hour at 6 p.m.

Focus on the Future of Health Information Management Presentations

Zollinger Library will screen presentations from the Focus on the Future of HIM 3-part series beginning at 4 p.m. Monday, April 21, and Tuesday, April 22. This presentation provides a comprehensive overview of AI governance in healthcare, covering the tools, vendors, controls, and regulations involved in implementing AI responsibly. It also explores the promise of AI in healthcare, including applications like predictive analytics for disease prevention, accelerated drug discovery, and personalized patient care. Additionally, it delves into the challenges of governing AI and presents effective strategies to address them. This presentation is ideal for doctors, nurses, HIT, HIM, and IT professionals who want to stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and its impact on healthcare.

Special Event: ×ÔοÊÓƵ-Gallup ArtProwl

Zollinger Library and the Library Committee invite the campus community and general public to take part in an ArtProwl. Campus art tours will begin at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 30, at Zollinger Library. The tours will take participants all over the ×ÔοÊÓƵ-Gallup campus to see the various public art pieces and learn more about their history. This ArtProwl will help showcase campus artwork while providing insight about the artists who created them. Light refreshments will be served in Zollinger Library after the ArtProwl. This event is free and open to the public.

April Film Series

Join Zollinger Library all month long for free films at 4 p.m. every Thursday in April. Whether you are looking for a nice place to hang out or just looking to enjoy snacks, our film series will fill those needs. Popcorn and soda will be provided first come, first served.
